Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring all marketing efforts serve to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns aligned with current market trends and company objectives.

- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

- Generate creative ideas for promotional events and activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product and sales managers) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.

- Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials and ensure all marketing collateral is in line with our brand identity.

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.

- Utilize data and analytics to drive insights and optimize marketing strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead in the industry.

- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professional

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- At least 06 years self correspond experience.

- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.

- Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
