Maxitech Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd. – Karachi, is searching for a dynamic Marketing Manager – North, based in Rawalpindi, to lead marketing activities for our diverse range of pharmaceutical products in the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regions.

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

· Plan and orchestrate impactful promotional campaigns & product launches.

· Collaborate with sales and product development teams to support sales efforts.

· Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends & opportunities for growth.

· Efficiently manage marketing budgets & monitoring expenditures.

· Foster and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners.

· Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

· 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including a dedicated 5-6 years of specialized focus on general medicines/products in a similar capacity.

· A profound understanding of the pharmaceutical market landscape in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

· Exceptional project management abilities, allowing for effective multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
