Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the job

We are looking for a results-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and drive lead generation across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to the UAE real estate sector.
  • Identify and segment target audiences for customized campaigns.

2. Campaign Management & Content Creation

  • Plan and execute multi-platform marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Oversee social media content, print collateral, and video production.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to maximize lead generation.
  • Improve website content, SEO performance, and overall digital presence.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead the in-house marketing team and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in the UAE real estate market.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, Google tools, and basic design applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
