We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate marketing, with the ability to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales support in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects, including residential and commercial properties
- Plan and execute property launches, campaigns, and promotions across digital and traditional channels
- Manage branding, advertising, PR, and corporate communications related to real estate assets
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and online listings
- Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to generate qualified leads and support conversion targets
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize results
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to real estate marketing
- Proven experience in property marketing, launches, and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with developers, real estate agencies, or property management firms is highly desirable
