Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for Ariane residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns to support project launches, sales, leasing efforts, and brand visibility.
- Work closely with sales and leasing teams to align marketing with lead generation and conversion goals.
Brand & Content Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms (brochures, social media, website, outdoor, etc.).
- Oversee the production of marketing materials including property videos, photography, newsletters, and corporate profiles.
- Maintain and enhance the corporate website and digital presence.
Public Relations
- Build and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in real estate and lifestyle sectors.
- Prepare press releases, media kits, and coordinate press coverage for Ariane milestones, events, and launches.
- Represent Ariane at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Lead digital campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and property listing websites.
- Oversee content calendars and community management for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Monitor analytics and performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Market Research & Intelligence
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Provide insights to internal teams to adjust strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with agencies for market surveys and brand perception studies.
Budgeting & Team Management
- Manage the marketing and PR budget effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners.
- Supervise junior marketing staff, designers, and external freelancers.
