Marketing Manager ( Sports Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the sports and gym equipment segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2C sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fitness and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in gyms, fitness centers, schools, sports clubs, and retail outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new products and promotions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in sports or fitness equipment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Passion for fitness, sports, and wellness industry.
