Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for rooms, dining, and lifestyle events.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints   digital, print, and in-hotel.
- Collaborate with PR agencies, influencers, and media partners for promotional campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Manage all official social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create and maintain an engaging content calendar aligned with property goals.
- Post, schedule, and manage community interactions including messages and comments.
- Track analytics and engagement metrics, adjusting content strategy for performance growth.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Capture and edit daily photo and video content showcasing events, guests, and resort ambiance.
- Produce short-form video content and reels tailored for social engagement.
- Partner with photographers, designers, and creative agencies for high-quality visual production.
- Maintain a consistent tone and visual identity that reflects the voco brand personality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, F&B, and events teams to support marketing goals.
- Coordinate promotions and brand activations with local and international partners.
- Support strategic initiatives for long-term brand growth and guest engagement.
