Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor trends, and growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
- Oversee branding, content creation, and promotional material development.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation.
- Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing reports for management.
- Manage relationships with media, advertising agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide junior marketing staff when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a senior or officer-level role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, CRM systems, etc.).
