Role
As a Marketing / Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for bringing in new leads and converting them into long-term clients across all our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, social media, and calls
- Generate qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Insta, and freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present tailored solutions for clients across web development, SEO, social media, etc.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Call center / Sales / Customer Support experience is a strong advantage
- Communicate with local and international clients via calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Content, Ads, SEO) to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage client follow-ups, reporting, and campaign updates
- Support lead generation, client onboarding, and sales coordination
- Maintain CRM / records of leads and client communications
- Research market trends, competitors, and marketing opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar B2B digital agency role is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends
- Confident, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Confident, presentable, and professional attitude
