Coordinate the on-site implementation of the marketing strategy for business area of responsibility to ensure alignment with CHG marketing strategy and major stakeholder.

Prepare a marketing plan for the business area of responsibility to achieve or exceed the business area marketing objectives.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures

Coordinate and implement CHG Marketing policies, processes, templates, procedures and formats to improve the quality of marketing practices and ensure consistent and systematic application of Marketing ‘best practices.

Implement and standardize all “In site communication elements” within the business area of responsibility to ensure that all hospital marketing activities are aligned with CHG communication and brand guidelines to create a good impact in the market.
Marketing Activities

Support specific business area (hospital / polyclinics) marketing needs “in coordination with corporate marketing team” to support increasing the patient’s engagement in the hospital and achieve revenue targets.

Focus on identifying new business opportunities that fit CHG marketing group strategy to attract, develop and retain patients/consultants by identifying, interpreting and profitably satisfying the market needs.

Coordinate and initiate studies to understand and analyze the market competition in order to provide marketing reports to build the brand.

Analyze the “patient experience survey results” within the business area of responsibility to ensure data integrity and to enhance the OPD and Inpatient service quality.
Marketing Campaign and Initiatives

Coordinate new concepts and ideas with relevant key stakeholders to launch new offerings, explore and exploit new alternative sales channels offerings that in order to improve and optimize sustainable growth in revenues and meet unsatisfied demands.

Plan and organize PR, events and related marketing activities in co-ordination with the local (Hospital/Policlinics) sales teams’, as appropriate to ensure smooth conduct of the campaign.
Marketing Reports
Coordinate and prepare marketing reports to provide Management with timely information to monitor the progress of marketing initiatives against plan, budgets and sales and marketing PR and events.
Qualifications: -

Bachelor’s degree in medical (Medicine, Pharma, Dental).

MBA or related marketing certificates will be an asset.
-
5 – 7 years of experience, 2 – 3 with marketing activities.

Experience within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
