Marketing Project Manager

• Own the marketing request intake process, including forms, requirements gathering, and standardization.
• Run traffic and status meetings, manage timelines, and escalate risks when capacity or deadlines are at risk.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring milestones and approvals stay on track.
• Track dependencies, handoffs, and approvals across teams.

• Build and administer the marketing project management platform (Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar), including templates, custom fields, dashboards, views, permissions, and governance.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements that reduce manual coordination and increase throughput.
• Partner with Marketing Operations, IT, and other teams as needed to streamline handoffs between systems (for example, HubSpot to PM tool intake, asset approvals, or status syncing).
• Document processes and SOPs and train stakeholders to drive adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field of study.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing project management, creative operations, or marketing traffic management.
• PMP and/or Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is strongly preferred.
• Expert proficiency in driving operational processes using Marketing project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar. This includes building workflows, templates, and dashboards.
• Experience using marketing systems such as HubSpot and asset management workflows, including DAM and PIM platforms is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience creating workflow automations in Marketing Project Management platforms, including routing, reminders, approvals, and dependency management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive accountability and results across teams.
• Experience with no-code automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or Power Automate, plus comfort with webhooks or basic API concepts is preferred.
• Experience managing large initiatives such as product launches, trade shows, catalogs, website projects, and cross-functional campaigns is preferred.

The expected salary is 90,000.00 - 100,000.00. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.
