Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, client relationship management, and marketing activities, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, developing client relationships, increasing brand awareness, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Qatar market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales.
• Must be currently based in Qatar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of the Qatar market and business culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales and client handling.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
