Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, driven, and experienced Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategies, managing our social media presence, and contributing to the overall brand awareness and growth of our hospital.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.

- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, creating a consistent and compelling brand image.

- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy, and implement these trends in our marketing efforts.

- Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and online advertisements.

- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversion.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in social media management.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytical tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and content creation.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Passion for animals and a commitment to the welfare and healthcare of pets.
