Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized female professional to lead our digital presence. This role is not just about posting; it is about Brand Storytelling. The ideal candidate will be a "Trendsetter" who can write compelling scripts, manage end-to-end production, and strategically manage our online community to elevate our brand’s prestige.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Strategy
- Content Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive monthly content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Platform Operations: Full management of business accounts, including scheduling, posting at peak times, and optimizing captions for SEO and engagement.
- Community Management: Act as the "voice of the brand," engaging with followers, responding to DMs/comments with a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Reputation Management: Monitor digital sentiment to ensure the brand’s luxury integrity is maintained at all times.
2. Scriptwriting & Content Creation
- Creative Scripting: Write detailed, engaging scripts for Reels and TikToks, including dialogue, visual cues, and music selection.
- Storytelling: Turn services (Beauty/Hospitality) into "Luxury Lifestyle" narratives that resonate emotionally with the audience.
- Trendsetting: Proactively identify emerging trends and adapt them—or better yet, create original trends—to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
3. Production & Aesthetics
- Visual Excellence: Lead the creative direction, shooting, and high-end mobile editing (Cinematic style) of all visual assets.
- Bilingual Copywriting: Craft sophisticated, persuasive captions in both English and Arabic that align with the brand’s "premium" tone.
4. Analytics & Influencer Relations
- Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs (Reach, Engagement, Conversion) and provide data-driven monthly reports.
- Influencer Coordination: Identify and manage collaborations with influencers who match the brand's aesthetic and values.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in Social Media Management, specifically within Luxury Beauty, Fashion, or Hospitality.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in mobile editing suites (CapCut, Lightroom, InShot) and design tools (Canva).
- Creative Writing: Proven ability to write engaging scripts and marketing copy.
- Language: Native Arabic / English (Written and Verbal) is mandatory.
- Mindset: A strong sense of Ownership, an "eye for detail," and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual content and a track record of growing digital communities.
