About The Peace Group

We're a growing alternative dispute resolution firm changing how businesses handle conflict in Texas. Our mediation and conflict resolution services help companies resolve disputes faster than going to court. We're building something different in the legal services space.

The Opportunity

We need a marketing professional who gets it. Someone who understands that busy doesn't equal effective, that activity metrics mean nothing without business impact, and that modern marketing requires both strategic thinking and scrappy execution.

This isn't your typical marketing role. You'll work directly with our COO and CEO in a small but mighty team that moves fast and makes decisions quickly. We're looking for someone who can build our brand while connecting every marketing effort to actual revenue growth.

What You'll Own

Strategic Marketing Leadership

● Build and execute marketing strategies that directly support business growth

● Create content calendars that serve business goals, not just posting schedules

● Develop email marketing campaigns that convert prospects into consultation requests

● Track how marketing efforts connect to actual deals and revenue

Brand Building & Content Creation

● Manage our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with professional consistency

● Write content that positions us as the conflict resolution experts Houston businesses trust

● Create marketing materials for networking events and business development activities

● Ensure brand messaging stays consistent across all platforms and touchpoints

Digital Marketing Excellence

● Understand and apply modern SEO principles including AEO, GEO, AIO, and SXO

● Build networks on social platforms that generate real business relationships

● Monitor performance metrics that matter for professional services marketing

● Adapt quickly when strategies need adjustment based on results

Business Development Support

● Help respond to RFPs and develop proposals that win business

● Support networking activities with materials and follow-up campaigns

● Coordinate with leadership on growth strategies and market opportunities

● Track leads from initial contact through consultation and client conversion

What We're Looking For

Experience That Matters

● Startup experience where you learned to be resourceful and move fast

● Marketing background with proven ability to connect efforts to business results

● Professional services or B2B marketing experience preferred

● Experience marketing to business professionals such as attorneys, HR departments, or property managers preferred
