Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales through effective marketing strategies and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage social media accounts, content creation, and online presence to engage target audiences.
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices.
  • Support brand development and maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in [industry].
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing platforms).
