Shiplifier is a growing logistics platform designed to simplify shipping through discounted rates, seamless technology, and user-friendly solutions for both local and international deliveries. As a fast-paced startup, we are building a dynamic brand presence and are looking for a creative, driven Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to lead and execute Shiplifier’s marketing efforts, with a strong focus on social media management and digital growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is hands-on, and is passionate about building brands from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  •  Own and manage all Shiplifier social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  •  Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
  •  Conceptualize creative content ideas, including Reels and TikTok videos
  •  Work closely with designers and content creators to bring ideas to life
  •  Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to stay relevant and engaging
  •  Manage community engagement, comments, and DMs

Paid Media & Ads Management

  •  Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns
  •  Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve ROI
  •  Manage budgets and track ad performance across platforms

SEO Management

  •  Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
  •  Conduct keyword research and optimize website/content accordingly
  •  Monitor and report on SEO performance and rankings

Website & Digital Marketing Support

  •  Support updates and optimization of the company website
  •  Collaborate with the wider team on campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  •  Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

  •  2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital marketing
  •  Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (especially TikTok & Instagram)
  •  Experience with ads management (Meta Ads preferred)
  •  Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools
  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to Have

  •  Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
  •  Familiarity with logistics, e-commerce, or tech platforms
  •  Content creation skills (basic video editing, scripting, or ideation)
