Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong experience in conventional marketing. The ideal candidate must have solid market knowledge and hands-on experience in executing traditional marketing strategies within the FMCG or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute conventional marketing campaigns including POS materials, in-store branding, and consumer promotions
• Manage brand activation (BA) programs, PR activities, and on-ground events
• Maintain records of POS materials, marketing assets, and promotional activities
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on marketing campaigns and BA activities
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales/design) and external vendors/agencies
• Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials and communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and category managers

Note: Only candidates with conventional (traditional) marketing experience and strong market knowledge will be considered.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field

Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience (FMCG / Skin Care / Oral Care preferred)
• Must have hands-on experience in conventional marketing
