Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing strategies and handles the implementation of campaigns and initiatives that promote the association’s programs, events, membership, and overall brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Coordinate content development for social media, publications, and promotional materials.
- Support the promotion of conferences, workshops, webinars, and training programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems in coordination with relevant roles.
- Support media engagement and outreach activities with partners and stakeholders.
- Promote membership growth initiatives and training programs.
- Maintain marketing materials and records in a centralized repository (e.g., SharePoint).
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within associations or the energy sector.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Additional Information:
- Experience in event marketing and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
- Priority consideration will be given to GCC nationals.
