Marketing Specialist (GCC Nationals Preferred)

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing strategies and handles the implementation of campaigns and initiatives that promote the association’s programs, events, membership, and overall brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Coordinate content development for social media, publications, and promotional materials.
  • Support the promotion of conferences, workshops, webinars, and training programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems in coordination with relevant roles.
  • Support media engagement and outreach activities with partners and stakeholders.
  • Promote membership growth initiatives and training programs.
  • Maintain marketing materials and records in a centralized repository (e.g., SharePoint).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within associations or the energy sector.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Additional Information:

  • Experience in event marketing and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
  • Priority consideration will be given to GCC nationals.
