Marketing Specialist - Navigator HR

Our client Navigator HR is looking for Marketing Specialist in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with designers and approve final visual assets before publishing
• Manage end-to-end social media operations, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement
• Plan and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth
• Monitor trends, audience insights, and optimize content performance
• Recruit, train, and manage brand ambassadors; drive engagement through incentive and recognition programs
• Track ambassador performance and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Analyze social media and campaign data; generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Implement data collection systems and maintain student databases for targeted outreach
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities; coordinate events and engagement activities
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students, address queries, and drive conversions
• Stay updated through training sessions and share insights with internal teams
• Design and manage internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship
