Marketing Team Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Team Leader to spearhead our marketing initiatives, drive business growth, and strengthen the company’s brand presence in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of marketing experience, proven business development skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate business opportunities.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve collective goals.

Identify new market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Drive digital marketing campaigns, offline promotions, and client engagement initiatives.

Build strong networks with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Continuously explore creative, cost-effective ways to promote the company and expand market reach.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the UAE.

Proven ability to generate business and enhance brand visibility.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.

Innovative thinker with the ability to take on challenges and deliver results.

Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and brand-building strategies.
