Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including social media marketing, and gain knowledge on marketing for the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry. This internship will provide valuable insights and practical skills that will enhance your understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Generate innovative ideas and contribute to the development of engaging content for all social media platforms.
  • Create content for our internal social media platform.
  • Complete projects related to content creation.
  • Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports.
  • Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events.
Qualifications
  • Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proactive desire to go above and beyond role requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends.
  • Proven aptitude in seeking creative solutions to multi-faceted challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product management principles
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices
  • Basic understanding of budgeting concepts in marketing
  • Strong research skills to gather market insights and analyze data
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for business purposes
  • Interest in performance marketing strategies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A “can do” attitude and a desire to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and able to work independently
