Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Mason Foreman to supervise and manage masonry works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in heavy civil or marine construction projects and the ability to lead a team efficiently to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all masonry works including blockwork, brickwork, and stonework.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower, materials, and tools efficiently.
• Inspect masonry work for accuracy, alignment, and finishing before handover.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for progress updates and work requirements.
• Maintain records of labor attendance, work progress, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in masonry works or civil construction projects, preferably marine or infrastructure works.
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license will be an advantage.

Education:

• Diploma, technical certification, or relevant experience in Civil Engineering or construction trade preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
