MASON FOREMAN

Location: Mogadishu, Somalia secure zone

Project type:

5-star hotel + convention hall construction in Mogadishu, Somalia.

Project duration:

2 years

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise masonry teams performing block, brick, and stone works

✔ Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

✔ Allocate tasks and monitor productivity and quality

✔ Ensure alignment, finishing, and workmanship standards are met

✔Enforce HSE and PPE compliance on site

✔Coordinate with civil foremen, engineers, and supervisorsMaintain daily progress reports and workforce records

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Mason Foreman or Senior Mason
• Ability to operate helicopter, screed and other concrete machines.
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
• Ability to manage and motivate site teams
• Ability to read construction drawings strong leadership and organizational skills
• Must communicate clearly in English
