Master Tailor (Female)

Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished female Master Tailor with 10+ years of experience in luxury tailoring and garment construction. As the head of our production workshop, she will lead the tailoring team, oversee fittings, and ensure every garment reflects impeccable craftsmanship and the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role for an expert who can merge technical mastery with team management and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

-Take precise client measurements and develop advanced patterns.

-Oversee cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing processes.

-Lead and mentor a team of tailors, cutters, and seamstresses.

-Conduct fittings with clients and deliver garments to luxury standards.

-Ensure strict quality control across all stages of production.

-Work directly with designers to translate sketches into final garments.

-Provide technical expertise for complex cuts, draping, and bespoke projects.

Skills & Qualifications

-Minimum 10 years of professional tailoring experience, with at least 3–5 years as a Master/Head Tailor.

-Proven expertise in pattern drafting, bespoke tailoring, and high-end garment construction.

-Strong leadership and workshop management skills.

-Meticulous attention to detail, with a passion for luxury craftsmanship.

-Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

-Ability to train and elevate the skills of junior tailors.
