Material Handler /Procurement Manager (For Interior & Furniture)

Job Summary:
Falak Home is looking for a reliable and organized Material Handler / Procurement Manager to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and handling of construction and interior materials. The role involves ensuring timely procurement, accurate inventory management, and smooth material flow to support ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to oversee materials from purchase to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies for projects.
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Handle material receiving, storage, and issuance for site and office needs.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to fulfill material requirements.
• Track orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure timely and accurate procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
• Prepare reports on procurement status, stock movement, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, material handling, or supply chain management (preferably in construction/interior industry).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of construction/interior materials and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
