Location: Doha, Qatar (Candidates must be locally available with valid QID & transferable visa/NOC)
Contract Type: Full-Time (Immediate Hiring)

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Material Receiving Inspector (Checker) to support our warehouse and site operations. The role involves verifying incoming materials, checking documentation, ensuring conformity with purchase orders/specifications, and coordinating with warehouse and QC teams. Candidates must be organized, safety‑focused, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify all incoming materials against delivery notes, purchase orders, and packing lists.
• Check materials for damage, quantity accuracy, correct specifications, and certification requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, and QC teams for material verification and acceptance.
• Ensure that materials are properly tagged, labeled, and stored in designated locations.
• Assist in updating receiving records, logs, and basic inspection documentation.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, shortages, or incorrect deliveries immediately.
• Support warehouse staff during unloading, sorting, and arrangement of materials.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to all HSE rules and safety procedures.
• Use basic material handling tools (trolleys, pallet jacks) when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Material Receiver / Material Checker / Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant preferred.
• Strong understanding of material identification, basic specifications, and documentation verification.
• Ability to read basic material descriptions, tags, and delivery documents.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and safe material handling practices.
• Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable Visa/NOC.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
