Summary:
This individual is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing and delivering supplies and equipment to Family Support Services departments. Requires the use of automated technology such as advanced shelving and storage options, materials inventory system and equipment necessary to support system. Performs cyclical and annual inventories on both warehouses and onsite storage. Accept and process donations, receive orders and maintain inventory levels. Maintains clean and clutter free workspace to include warehouse and onsite storage. Process emergency requests for stocked material.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish materials as needed.
Analyze inventory trends and generate reports for forecasting and planning.
Ensure inventory is free of recalls.
Partner with the Foundation to ensure successful deliveries of donations, documentation of deliveries and appropriate disposition of donations.
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials to maintain quality and safety.
Implement and enforce warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
Maintain and update inventory management systems to reflect real-time data.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Provide informal supervision of team members and volunteers on inventory software and warehouse procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

How You’ll Be Successful:

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years Experience with materials management, supply chain operations, warehouse operations, etc. Required
At least 2 years Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook). Required
Less than 1 year Proficient in other analytical tools like INFOR and Service Now Preferred
Less than 1 year Project Management Preferred

EDUCATION

Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience Preferred

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

CMRP - Certified Materials and Resource Professional or CPIM- Certified in Planning and Inventory Management Preferred
