MECHANIC (Need to know all Printing Machinery Background)

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanic (Need to know all Printing Machinery Background) with hands-on experience in Heidelberg offset printing machines and post-press machinery. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of our printing equipment, helping to minimize downtime and maximize productivity in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on printing and post-press machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Conduct repairs and overhauls as needed to restore equipment performance.
• Calibrate machinery to maintain printing quality and accuracy.
• Replace worn or defective parts promptly to prevent production delays.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance and repairs.
• Provide training and technical support to operators and junior staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in machinery operations.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in printing machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
