Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Power) Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and execute maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and power systems at our facility. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supervision of technicians to ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical & Power System:

• Maintain and troubleshoot diesel generators, ATS panels, distribution boards, and electrical wiring
• Oversee operation and maintenance of solar panels, inverters, charge controllers, and battery banks
• Monitor electrical loads and ensure stable power supply to all equipment
• Ensure safe operation of power tools, lighting systems, and control panels

Mechanical Systems:

• Supervise maintenance of industrial machinery, pumps, motors, blowers, and mechanical equipment
• Conduct inspections, lubrication, alignment, and replacement of mechanical parts
• Diagnose mechanical failures and coordinate timely repairs
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment

Operations & Supervision:

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns
• Supervise electricians, mechanics, and helpers; assign daily tasks and monitor performance
• Maintain records for maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage
• Coordinate with management on upgrades, repairs, and energy-efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and housekeeping practices

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP Technology
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MEP maintenance
• Hands-on experience with generators, solar systems, machinery, pumps, motors, and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns and work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industrial plants, farms, compost yards, cold storage, or manufacturing facilities
• Basic understanding of PLC panels or automation systems (advantage)
• Welding or fabrication knowledge (plus)
• Team leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
