Mechanical Draftsman

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, 2D/3D models, and layouts for mechanical systems and components. This role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Create and update 2D & 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Interpret engineering sketches, BOQs, and project specifications accurately.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and project managers to finalize designs.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman (MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, or Industrial preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (SolidWorks, Revit, or other CAD tools is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fabrication details, and engineering standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preference

• Local candidates in Qatar only (transferable visa).
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
• Experience in MEP contracting companies is an advantage.
