Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the day-to-day performance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS) across operational assets.
2. Monitor and ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs in coordination with FM service providers.
3. Review and validate PPM schedules, breakdown reports, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans .
4. Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, Civil Defense requirements, municipality standards, and applicable international codes .
5. Conduct technical inspections and audits of MEP systems and equipment to ensure asset reliability and safety.
6. Support energy management initiatives , system optimization, and cost-efficiency improvements.
7. Coordinate technical resolution of tenant MEP-related issues , ensuring minimal disruption and SLA adherence.
8. Maintain updated asset registers, technical documentation, O&M manuals, and lifecycle replacement plans .
9. Provide technical input for vendor evaluations, contract scopes, and service-level improvements .
10. Prepare periodic technical performance reports for FM management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management of completed and operational assets (commercial, retail, mixed-use, or large property portfolios).
• Proven hands-on experience managing HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, plumbing, and BMS in live environments.
• Professional certifications (HVAC, Electrical, Energy Management) are an advantage.

Skills Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire systems, plumbing, and BMS .
• Knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and asset lifecycle management .
• Understanding of Saudi regulatory and safety requirements .
• Analytical skills for fault diagnosis and performance optimization.
• Report writing and technical documentation skills.
