Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance)

Key Roles

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Planning
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment.
• Breakdown Maintenance Management
• Equipment Reliability & Optimization
• Spare Parts & Inventory Control
• Safety & Compliance Management
• Continuous Improvement & Root Cause Analysis
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Analyze equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to implement long-term corrective solutions.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal impact on operations.
• Monitor machine performance metrics (MTBF, MTTR) and prepare maintenance reports.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
