Mechanical Engineer (Pharma Industry Only)

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and supervise mechanical maintenance of pharma machinery and utilities.

· Ensure compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with production and utility equipment.

· Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

· Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

· Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain smooth operations.

· Manage installation, calibration, and validation of new equipment.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

· Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors, and other utilities.

· Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, validation, and documentation.

· Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
