Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 90,000

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer / Technical Production Manager to oversee factory production operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, shop-floor control, and the ability to manage production teams while ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production operations in a factory environment
• Supervise and lead the production team to meet output and quality targets
• Ensure operators follow correct production methods and standard operating procedures
• Perform on-the-spot troubleshooting of machinery and production issues
• Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and product quality
• Coordinate with management to improve processes and reduce downtime

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical background
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a factory or production environment
• Strong understanding of production processes and industrial machinery
• Proven ability to manage teams on the shop floor
• Practical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset
