MECHANICAL (HVAC) SALES ENGINEER

Doha, Qatar

· Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

· Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve goals.

· Excellent leadership and the ability to drive sales and manage teams.

· Must have excellent Ms Office knowledge, Auto-Cad and HVAC design system.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

· Ability to set targets, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.

· Understanding of business operations, profitability, and financial metrics.

· Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, or products being sold (e.g., HVAC systems, machinery, tools, or industrial equipment).

· Proven ability to close deals, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.

· Commercially oriented with at least 5-10 years of progressive business development, sales, experience in the similar industry.

· Candidate should have good knowledge in HVAC/electrical/Mechanical System.

· Good command of English both written and spoken with proficient Excel skills.

· Should be highly flexible and adaptable.

· Cooperate with appropriate resources to refine scope and concept of inquires or tender documents.

· Offer advanced presales support for MEP solutions to clients.

· Assist in presenting MEP solutions to customers.

· Assist in promoting the company and its products to new clients and awareness among existing customers.

· Produce specifications for, design, develop, manufacture and install new or modified mechanical components or systems.

· Technically minded, able to demonstrate numerical and scientific ability and have problem-solving skills.
