About the Role
Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of Production lines to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance schedules for Production lines, ensuring proper functioning and longevity and creating preventive maintenance plan/schedule/tasks.

Lead Production lines related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and installations, from inception to completion.

Ensure projects are executed within budget and meet quality and safety standards.

Collaborate with other departments and teams to address needs and concerns.
-
Provide training and guidance to staff on efficient maintenance and safety protocols.
-
Supporting technical purchases for spare parts purchasing.
-
Managing contractors (selection/follow up/evaluation).
-
Managing outsourced/subcontracted engineering services.

Responsible for the organization of the tasks, equipment, tools, and employee under his responsibility by arranging the machinery maintenance tasks, defining the daily assignments, preparing the work schedule according to the weekly production plans.

Analyze machine breakdown data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings and prepare the cost studies for the maintenance functions performed.

Responsible for following up on the maintenance requests on the SAP system and preparing the necessary reports with root cause analysis.

Managing stocks of spare parts and equipment.

Order required spare parts for the machine.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
-
Experience 1-3 Years.
-
English (advanced level).
-
SAP knowledge.
-
Very good using MS Office.
