Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management:
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair:
  • Diagnose mechanical failures and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Work with maintenance teams to perform repairs on pumps, compressors, turbines, and other machinery.
  • Project Support:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance projects, including upgrades and installations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance metrics.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
  • Participate in safety audits and training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of [3+] years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a power plant or cement industry.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹550,000.00 per year
