Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Management:
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify potential issues.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Diagnose mechanical failures and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Work with maintenance teams to perform repairs on pumps, compressors, turbines, and other machinery.
- Project Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance projects, including upgrades and installations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance metrics.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Participate in safety audits and training programs.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of [3+] years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a power plant or cement industry.
