MECHANICAL SALES ENGINEER

India

A Sales Engineer for cutting tools is responsible for selling cutting tools and related equipment to customers in a variety of industries. This role requires technical expertise in cutting tools, as well as excellent communication and sales skills. The job description typically includes the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the cutting tool industry.
  • Provide technical expertise to customers regarding the selection, use, and maintenance of cutting tools.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales & trial reports regularly.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote cutting tools and related equipment.
  • Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitors' products.
  • Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop custom cutting tools to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct product training for customers and sales team members.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a degree in engineering or a related field, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in the cutting tool industry. They should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of sales success.

*Interviews will take place at our Head Office in Mohali. The selected candidate's working location will be Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
