Esthetician (Part-Time with Growth Opportunity)

Renew Wellness & Aesthetics is growing—and we’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Esthetician to grow with us!!

This role will begin as part-time (2–3 days per week) as we build your clientele, with the opportunity to expand into a full-time schedule as your books fill. For those who prefer to remain part-time long-term, an additional esthetician will be added as demand increases. Candidates should also have availability for up to two Saturdays per month.

At Renew, this isn’t your typical spa environment. You’ll be working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners as part of a collaborative, results-focused treatment model. Our approach goes beyond relaxation—we specialize in corrective, medical-grade skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments designed to deliver real, lasting transformations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customized, results-driven facial treatments
• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive treatment plans alongside medical providers
• Perform advanced aesthetic services including laser treatments and corrective skincare procedures
• Educate clients on medical-grade skincare and homecare regimens
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while growing your personal book of business

• Facials (with and without Dermaplane)
• SKNLAB
• Everesse Services
• Chemical Peels

Schedule:

• 2–3 days per week to start
• Up to 2 Saturdays per month
• Growth into full-time as schedule fills (if desired)

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio esthetician license
• Prior Experience in the Med Spa industry a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and skincare products
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a clean working environment at all times
• Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while ensuring client comfort and safety
• Enthusiasm for learning new techniques and services to expand your skill set
