Role Overview
Schbang is seeking a results-driven
Media Buyer
with
1–2 years of hands-on experience
in digital paid media buying. The ideal candidate must have experience working at
top network agencies or leading performance media agencies
, with proven exposure to managing
paid media budgets of ₹50 lakhs and above
.
The role is focused on
execution, optimization, scaling, and performance delivery
across
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Amazon, and Flipkart Ads
. This is a strictly performance-focused buying role—no media planning responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Media Buying & Execution

Execute high-performance paid media campaigns across:

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads
.

Manage
₹50 lakhs+ monthly budgets
with strong control on pacing, delivery, and efficiency.
-
Ensure accurate setup of campaigns, tracking, audiences, pixels, and conversions.

Maintain platform best practices, campaign hygiene, and error-free execution.
Performance Optimization
-
Optimize campaigns daily to improve ROAS, reduce cost metrics, and enhance conversion efficiency.

Apply advanced bidding strategies, audience refinement, and funnel optimizations.
-
Conduct structured A/B experiments (creatives, targeting, landing pages, placements, etc.).
-
Troubleshoot performance drops, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Analytics, Insights & Reporting
-
Track and analyze performance via platform dashboards and Google Analytics/GA4.
-
Prepare periodic performance reports with insights and recommendations.
-
Maintain high accuracy across tagging, attribution, and performance measurement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Partner with internal teams (creative, strategy, account management) to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.

Share data-backed feedback to improve creative output and landing page performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Agency Background

1–2 years of mandatory experience
in performance media buying.

Must have worked at
top network agencies or leading media-performance agencies
-
(e.g., Madison, Omnicom, GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas, WPP, or equivalent).

Prior experience handling
₹50 lakhs+ budgets
across platforms.
