Media Buyer (Qatar / GCC – Marketing Agency Experience)

Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer with proven experience working in a marketing agency in Qatar or the GCC. The candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with the goal of driving measurable results and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Set up targeting, ad groups, and bidding structures to optimize performance.
  • Create and test ad copy, visuals, and formats (static, video, carousel).
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing for CPL, CTR, ROAS and other KPIs.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for impactful ad content.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer in a marketing agency (Qatar or GCC).
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPM, CTR, ROAS).
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, A/B testing, and remarketing techniques.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the GCC region.
  • Strong background in managing diverse campaigns for agency clients.
