Media Buying Manager PR Team, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute media buying strategies across online and offline channels (digital, social, TV, OOH, print).
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, publishers, and platforms in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
  • Negotiate media rates, placements, and sponsorship packages to ensure cost efficiency and high impact.
  • Collaborate with PR team on campaign amplification, press coverage planning, and media partnerships.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPM, CPC, reach, engagement, ROI).
  • Identify opportunities for strategic media partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
  • Track market trends and competitor media strategies to inform planning decisions.
Requirements
  • 5-8+ years of experience in media buying / media planning / PR media strategy, preferably in consumer electronics or tech brands.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi media landscape (digital platforms, KOLs, publishers, TV, OOH).
  • Proven experience in media negotiation and vendor management.
  • Experience working with PR and marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus; Chinese is a plus.
Preferred
  • Experience in mobile / consumer electronics brands.
  • Familiar with agency ecosystem in KSA.
