Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Media Producer to join our team!

Job Description:
As a Media Producer, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the production of all media, show, and game-related content from pre-production through post-production, site testing, integration, and final delivery. You will ensure all assets meet quality and technical standards and coordinate across all stakeholders and vendors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating and managing detailed timelines for all media, show, and game-related content, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
• Managing and supervising production processes for media, show, and game content from pre-production to post-production, through site testing, integration, and final delivery.
• Ensuring all media, show, and game assets meet pre-established quality standards and technical requirements and specifications.
• Liaising and coordinating between stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective collaboration across media, show production, and game development.
• Presenting regular media and game development progress reports to the client, highlighting activities, issues, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Creating, maintaining, and managing project paperwork relating to media, show, and game production, such as progress reports, meeting recaps, and action plans.
• Serving as a point of contact between consultant, client, and vendors for submission and distribution of media, show, and game content for review and approval, in line with production schedules.
• Serving as a point of contact for feedback, ensuring collection, consolidation, and accurate relay of feedback on media, show, and game content according to the production schedule.
• Managing and coordinating between media, show, and game vendors and site technical teams to ensure successful integration of assets.
• Organizing, managing, and attending on-site attraction commissioning, integration weeks, dry/wet runs, and acceptance testing.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Relevant educational qualifications and at least 10 years of experience in a producer role.
• Experience producing work for theme parks, experience centers, and ideally game development.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and schedule control skills in multi-vendor media environments.
