As we expand, we’re looking for a Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Murray, Utah, and take part in our mission. What You’ll Do:

• Monitor patient A/R reports and pursue payment on outstanding balances; follow-up as needed through phone calls, balance reminders, statements, etc.
• Assist patients by phone, email, and text regarding billing inquiries, payment plans, EOB's, and other billing-related concerns
• Work collaboratively with insurance A/R specialist on claim denials and other insurer-related tasks
• Maintain compliance with billing regulations specific to mental health care
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and medical collections
• Familiarity with EHR and clearinghouse systems
• Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines, billing codes (CPT/ICD-10), and claims processing
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• In-person at our Salt Lake City, UT clinic
