Apollo Pain Center provides comprehensive interventional pain management services for patients with chronic spine, joint, and nerve pain. Our clinic combines advanced medical treatments with compassionate, personalized care. As our patient base continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a motivated, preferably bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our dedicated team.

Your Role

• Welcome, check in/out patients, and manage clinic flow
• Record vital signs (BP, HR, Temp, weight, height) and assist in triage
• Maintain accurate and confidential EMR documentation
• Assist with office-based and fluoroscopy-guided procedures
• Instruct patients on post-procedure care and follow-up plans
• Manage phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries
• Coordinate prescriptions, refills, and INSPECT monitoring
• Handle prior authorizations for medications and procedures
• Coordinate pre-procedure cardiac clearances and blood thinner instructions
• Prepare and clean evaluation and procedure rooms
• Perform patient drug screening
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other staff
• Support affiliated offices or partners as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and EMR documentation
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and patient service skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely
• Familiarity with INSPECT, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance policies
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for learning new procedures

Preferred:

• Previous experience in pain management or procedural medicine
• Prior EMR experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
