Medical Coding Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Medical Coding Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about healthcare documentation, coding systems, and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on medical coding systems and guidelines.
• Teach ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards and applications.
• Guide participants on coding for diagnoses, procedures, and medical records.
• Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and coding exercises.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Support students in certification exam preparation (e.g., CPC).
• Stay updated with coding updates and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation and billing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for teaching.
