Medical Device Technology Account Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Device Technology Account Manager to join our team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and promoting our cutting-edge sleep therapy solutions. Your expertise in technical sales and customer relationship management will help expand our market presence and improve patient outcomes through effective product demonstrations and strategic account management.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospital systems to promote our medical device solutions
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and proper use of our therapies
  • Identify new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and B2B networking
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with healthcare partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and target-setting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product launches, training sessions, and promotional activities

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in negotiation, account management, and B2B sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing outside sales efforts and customer relationships
  • Proficiency in analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and market data effectively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, for preparing reports and presentations
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of medical device sales, sleep therapy products, or related healthcare technologies is highly desirable
  • Ability to travel up to 75% to domestic USA cities; some international travel may be required.
