Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, licensed Medical Esthetician who is results-oriented, client-focused, and excited to grow with a high-performing team in a luxury environment. The ideal candidate thrives on delivering exceptional service, building meaningful client relationships, and staying on the forefront of industry innovations.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality facial treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare services
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and analysis to develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and follow-up
• Collaborate with the medical team and spa staff to ensure seamless client care
• Assist with retail product sales and achieving spa revenue goals
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and product knowledge
• Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Esthetician license (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a spa or medical spa setting preferred
• Skilled in advanced facial treatments and comprehensive product knowledge
• Experience with medical-grade skincare products and treatments
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy, conditions, and appropriate treatments
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
• Professional, polished, and passionate about skincare and wellness
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
