Core Responsibilities: -
Marketing Strategy & Planning: -

Assist in the implementation of medical marketing plans and initiatives for CHG hospitals and clinics.

Support the preparation of marketing plans to help achieve business objectives within the assigned medical specialties.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with CHG’s overall marketing strategy.
Marketing Activities: -

Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities related to specific departments, specialty lines, or physicians.
-
Contribute to the development of promotional materials, patient education tools, and digital content related to medical services.
-
Support the execution of patient engagement initiatives and campaigns aimed at increasing service awareness, CHG branding, and patient volume.

Conduct market and competitor research to support business development opportunities and campaign planning.

Monitor patient experience insights and assist in identifying areas for service improvement.
Campaigns, Events & Initiatives: -

Assist in planning and organizing medical events, conferences, and community health awareness activities.
-
Coordinate with physicians and hospital teams to develop and promote new service offerings.
Ensure all medical marketing communications adhere to CHG brand and compliance standards
Marketing Reports & Analytics: -

Support the preparation of performance reports for campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.

Track and analyze key marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Requirements: -
-
Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, or related medical field (required).
-
Postgraduate studies or certifications in Marketing, Business, or Communication are a plus.
-
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
-
Familiarity with hospital or clinic marketing operations is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English).
